Sermon, January 27, 2013 – Liz Honeyford Isaiah 55

Isaiah 55 – Study Questions

1.  Vs 1 – 2 Describe a time in your life that you have tried to satisfy your “hunger” or “thirst” with things that were empty?
2.  Vs 6 – 7 God invites you to receive mercy and forgiveness.  Why is it so hard to turn to Him?
3.  Vs 8 – 11 God’s ways are beyond us.  He promises that He will accomplish what He sets out to do.  Do you have a story of how He has worked in your life or someone you know?
4.  Vs 12 God tells us that if we seek Him, we will find such joy that trees will clap and mountains sing.  Share together about times when you have experienced Christ fully satisfying you.
